Today my work extends beyond private guidance. I am the author of The Alchemy of My Undoing, an intimacy educator, and the creator of Sensual Alchemy with Shai. Through writing, education, storytelling, and embodied practice, I create a space where people can explore intimacy, pleasure, kink, authenticity, and the courage to become more fully themselves.

I’m not here to offer a polished version of healing or intimacy, I am here to offer truth. Whether through my writing, educational offerings, or guided experiences, my work isn’t about teaching you how to perform intimacy. It’s about inviting you into the experience of it.
Sensual Alchemy came to life as I peeled back layers of shame, silence, and survival to uncover what it means to truly feel deeply, fully without shame and apology.
My work isn’t about teaching you how to “perform” sex or intimacy; it’s about guiding you into the experience of it. I help you reconnect to the energy of pleasure as something to be felt, not perfected. Together we will explore what it means to be present, honest, and free In your body and your personal becoming.
Sexuality isn’t always soft. Intimacy isn’t always gentles, but both are doorways to liberation and self-honoring. Through embodied coaching, intimacy guidance. sex and kink education, and sacred support, I hold space for you to explore who you are beneath and beyond the mask of performance.
This isn’t a brand built to impress, this is a living altar to your becoming. Whether you identify as woman, man or anything in between, I welcome you to explore what it means to be naked: in body, in spirit and in truth. My work lives in many forms; writing, guided experiences, workshops; my mission remains the same: to help people reconnect with intimacy, pleasure, and their most authentic self.
